If you are serving in a Development role with Cru you'll want to make sure you check out the TeamGold Institute Core Training - our formal onboarding program that will give you and your team a strong understanding of basic Development principles, Cru, and how we can succeed in our work.
If you choose to enroll, you have the opportunity to complete all of the coursework and become an official Certified Development Professional with Cru.
